Duration – 6 Days (09.00 to 18.00hrs daily)           

Cost – Door Supervisor  Only – £280.00( this is for learners with approved and acceptable Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Certificate

The SIA Door supervisors’ course is a 6 days course for those who are willing to work in the Private Security Industry in the UK. The course will equip you with the knowledge of working as door supervisors, roles and responsibilities of a door supervisor, conflict management skills and how to use physical intervention techniques to protect yourself and others from a dangerous situation.  After the completion of this 6days course, candidates will be required to pass the knowledge and practical assessment before applying for the SIA Door Supervisor licence which will create opportunities to work in the Private Security Industry. Holder of the Door Supervisor Licence will be able to work in all licenced premises including other areas where the services of protecting and securing people and premises are required. The course contents to be covered for this course includes the following four units:

• Working in the Private Security Industry.
• Working as Door Supervisor.
• Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry
• Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry.
